ChainCatcher 消息，L1 項目 Flare Network 發起 FIP.09 提案，從 200 億激勵池中分配初始 5.1億 枚 FLR 來吸引建設者並支持 Flare 流動性，這將是首次從激勵池中分配任何代幣。未來的治理提案將需要社區批准剩餘激勵池的排放。一個由六名 Flare 和非 Flare 代表組成的"排放委員會"將負責將排放引導到在 Flare 上構建的 dapp和協議。
每個月，委員會可以分配任何最大金額，投票將於 6 月 28 日星期五開始。
