ChainCatcher 消息，Mango DAO 社區未能通過關於"授權近 70 萬美元支付給美 SEC 來和解指控"的提案。該提案授權 DAO 代表釋放目前托管的 669,684 美元資金，並支付給 SEC，這將滿足根據針對 DAO、Blockworks 和 Mango Labs 的最終判決應付的金額。
此前，美國證券交易委員會（SEC）已接受由 Mango DAO、Mango Labs, LLC 和 Blockworks 基金會共同提出的和解方案，該方案於 2024 年 10 月 1 日由美國紐約南區聯邦地區法院記錄在案。
