According to Jinshi reports, Christian Lenk, an analyst at the German Central Cooperative Bank, stated in a report that the Federal Reserve is expected to cut interest rates by 25 basis points in December, after which it will take a more cautious approach. He predicts that the Federal Reserve will lower rates two more times next year, in March and June, each by 25 basis points. Despite the rate cuts, rising inflation will still push up the yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds, which is expected to rise to 4.5% within the next three months and to 4.6% within six months.
