上市公司 iPower 達成 3000 萬美元可轉換票據融資協議啟動 DAT 策略

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Globenewswire 報導，納斯達克上市的電商和供應鏈平台 iPower 宣布已達成 3000 萬美元可轉換票據融資協議啟動數位資產財庫（DAT）戰略，該公司披露本次融資首期將投入 900 萬美元，其中擬將 440 萬美元用於購買比特幣和以太坊，其他資金將增加營運資金以充實資產負債表，後續資金中的 80% 將用於持續收購數位資產。
據悉，iPower 已於今年六月宣布戰略轉向加密財務和區塊鏈基礎設施服務。
