ChainCatcher 消息，以太坊二层网络 Eclipse 创办人 Neel Somani 于 2025 年 10 月卸任，并将重心转向机器学习等研究方向。
Eclipse Labs 披露，Somani 于 2022 年创立 Eclipse Labs，最初定位为 rollup 服务商，2023 年转型开发以太坊二层网络。2024 年完成 5000 万美元 A 轮融资后由 CEO 转任执行董事长。相关调整为创始人主导且事先规划，不涉及其股权或董事会权力变动。
Somani 离职标志其在 Eclipse 领导角色正式结束，公司进入新领导层主导的发展阶段。
