Cosmos announces Q1 2025 roadmap: Launch of Interchain Stack and maintenance, security, and performance optimization of Cosmos Hub

ChainCatcher news, Cosmos has announced its roadmap for the first quarter of 2025, which will feature the transition, stability, and the first product testing of Hub and Interchain Stack:

1. Complete the staffing of the Interchain Labs core team.
2. Integrate all core components from the administrators.
3. Launch maintenance, security, and performance optimization for the Interchain Stack and Cosmos Hub.
4. Prepare the Hub and Interchain Stack for rapid development.

For the Hub, efforts will be made to ensure that the Hub is secure and easy to maintain, enabling the large-scale introduction of new features and applications. The team will explore removing the LSM module, accelerating block times, and reinvesting in audits. For the Interchain Stack, the goal is to deliver V2 of the Cosmos SDK and IBC (Eureka), and to accelerate the transaction speed of Comet BFT.
