ChainCatcher 消息，据 Coindesk 报道，BACKSEAT 完成种子轮融资，总融资达 14 亿日元（折合约 970 万美元）。
该种子轮由 Spiral Capital 和 Headline Asia 联合领投，East Ventures 参投。BACKSEAT Exchange 基于此前 BACKSEAT 株式会社收购的日本加密交易所 coinbook 成立。
