ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 報導，Compound 創始人 Robert Leshner 領導的 Superstate 宣布推出 "Direct Issuance Programs"，允許上市公司通過發行代幣化股票，直接向通過 KYC 驗證的投資者募集資金，投資者以穩定幣支付、即時結算。
該服務將運行於以太坊和 Solana 上，首批發行預計於 2026 年啟動。該計劃無需承銷商，符合 SEC 監管框架，旨在推動資本市場鏈上化。
