ChainCatcher 消息，据英国《金融时报》报道，韓國總統李在明已提名國際清算銀行貨幣經濟局局長"務實鷹派"申鉉松（Shin Hyun Song）為韓國中央銀行韓國銀行新行長候選人，据悉申鉉松對李在明政府力推韓元掛鉤穩定幣持否定態度，認為在匯率波動劇烈且易受資本外流影響的國家，穩定幣很容易成為資本外逃的工具，而與本國貨幣掛鉤的穩定幣可能會加速這一趨勢。
