ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，Jack Dorsey 旗下 Square 已开始为数百万美国商家自动启用比特币支付功能，交易在结账时即时转换为美元，商户无需额外设置即可接收比特币，且不承担价格波动和托管风险。
该功能包含近乎即时的结算，并在 2026 年前免收处理费。Square 表示，这是将比特币融入日常商务的重要一步，商户默认接收美元，无需改变会计处理或持有加密资产。据悉，Square 的用户中 78% 来自美国，22% 来自国际市场。此前 PayPal 已向其全球 70 个市场的数万用户推出美元稳定币 PYUSD，推动数字支付应用。
