KuCoin 向美 CFTC 支付 50 萬美元，以結束民事訴訟

ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社報導，加密交易所 KuCoin 營運商 Peken Global 同意支付 50 萬美元，以了結美國商品期貨交易委員會（CFTC）提起的民事訴訟。
CFTC 指控 KuCoin 作為未註冊的離岸平台，非法允許美國居民進行交易。KuCoin 在既不承認也不否認指控的情況下達成和解，並被禁止在未向 CFTC 註冊的情況下允許美國客戶訪問該平台。CFTC 表示，美國客戶為 KuCoin 創造了約 1.1 億美元的交易費用，鑑於該公司的配合以及平行刑事案件的罰沒，未尋求追繳非法所得。
