Bitfarms 將更名為 Keel，擬出售 1.61 億美元比特幣押注 AI

ChainCatcher 消息，納斯達克上市的比特幣礦企 Bitfarms 披露 2025 財年營收 2.29 億美元，同比增長 72%，但持續經營業務淨虧損 2.09 億美元。
截至 3 月 27 日，其現金與比特幣流動性約 5.2 億美元，並宣布已獲股東批准最早於 2026 年 4 月 1 日完成遷冊美國並更名為 Keel Infrastructure，股票代碼預計將改為 KEEL。
公司同時計劃"擇機"出售約 2400 枚、價值約 1.61 億美元的比特幣，用於投入 HPC 與 AI 基礎設施建設，進一步淡化純比特幣礦企定位。
