ChainCatcher 消息，据彭博社，美國新罕布什爾州商業金融局擬發行以比特幣作為抵押的市政債券，總規模約 1 億美元，該產品已獲得 Moody's Investors Service 評定的 Ba2 評級（較投資級低兩檔）。
債券本息將以比特幣抵押資產產生的資金作為償付來源，在比特幣價格上漲時或提供額外收益，同時設有價格觸發的清算條款以保障償付；相關債務不以州政府信用或稅收作為支持。
