香港將就加密資產申報框架立法，目標 2026 年內完成

ChainCatcher 消息，香港財經事務及庫務局副局長陳浩濂在特許公認會計師公會（ACCA）香港分會 2026 年度周年稅務研討會上表示，經合組織已修訂共同匯報標準 (CRS) 把央行數字貨幣等新型數碼金融產品納入範疇，並優化金融機構的申報及盡職審查要求。
此外，經合組織發布了加密資產申報框架 (CARF) 以便各稅務管轄區能自動交換加密資產交易資料提高交易透明度，香港立法會已給予支持，目標在 2026 年內完成立法。
