ChainCatcher 消息，以太坊基金会研究员 Devansh Mehta 在 EthCC 大会上提出了验证者收入再分配方案（VRR）。拟允许验证者在共识层发出信号，自主决定将一定比例的质押收益重定向至指定智能合约，而非全部提取至个人钱包，接收方可以是 Gitcoin、Octant 等公共物品融资平台、安全审计机构或核心协议研究团队。
该方案涉及两项执行层变更：验证者重定向比例的信号传递，以及资金划拨至指定合约的逻辑实现。
