韩国投资证券拟收购 Coinone 股份

ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，韩国头部券商韩国投资证券正就收购韩国第三大加密交易所 Coinone 的股份进行初步检讨，目前正在推进对金融监管部门及国会政务委员会的说服工作，步骤与此前未来资产集团收购 Korbit 的路径一致。
Coinone 现任 CEO 车明勋持有 53.44% 的股份，但即将出台的监管新规可能将大股东持股上限设定在 15% - 20% ，为外部买家创造了入场窗口。
