韓國投資證券考慮收購加密交易所 Coinone 股份

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Herald Economy 報導，韓國投資證券正考慮收購數位資產交易所 Coinone 的股份，以應對競爭對手未來資產集團收購 Korbit 的交易。韓國投資證券正在與金融當局和政界進行溝通，目前尚未與 Coinone 代表就具體條件達成一致。
Coinone 是韓國第三大加密貨幣交易所，市場份額達兩位數，但已連續三年虧損。金融當局正推進交易所大股東持股限制，Coinone 代表持有的 53.44% 股份中部分預計將出售。韓國投資證券此前在數位資產領域動作較少，此次收購將使其成為"遊戲規則改變者"。Coinone 表示尚未確定具體合作模式或對象。
