韓國金融監督院要求 Dunamu 整改公示，其與 Naver Financial 的股票交換面臨取消風險

ChainCatcher 消息，据 Money Today 報導，韓國金融監督院（FSS）於 4 月 3 日向 Upbit 營運方 Dunamu 發出關於"全面股票交換與轉移決定"主要事項報告的整改命令。FSS 指出，Dunamu 於 3 月 30 日提交的報告中，關於"未來公司結構重組計劃"及"其他投資判斷相關重要事項"存在重要遺漏或虛假記載。
Dunamu 在報告中明確表示，由於需獲得公正交易委員會的審批，以及需根據《信用信息法》和《特定金融信息法》完成大股東變更申報，此次股票交換可能面臨延遲或取消的風險。此外，韓國正在審議中的《數字資產基本法》立法進程也可能對該交易產生重大影響。
