日本金融廳公布加密資產交換業網路安全強化方針

ChainCatcher 消息，据市場消息，日本金融廳正式公布《加密資產交換業等網路安全強化取組方針》。該方針基於 2026 年 2 月至 3 月公開徵集的 18 條意見制定，以投資者資產保護為首要目標，提出"自助（個別業者）、共助（自律監管機構）、公助（監管當局）"三層安全強化框架。
當局指出，目前網路攻擊已從單純的簽名密鑰盜竊演變為社會工程學攻擊及供應鏈入侵等高度組織化手段，傳統冷錢包管理已難以確保安全。後續金融廳將對部分主要業者實施威脅驅動滲透測試（TLPT），並計劃修訂事務指導方針，提升網路安全人員配置及外部審計標準。
