內華達州法院延長對 Kalshi 體育預測市場禁令

ChainCatcher 消息，美國內華達州一名法官裁定，Kalshi 提供的體育類預測市場產品與賭博活動「無實質區別」，並決定延長此前頒布的臨時禁令，同時批准州賭博監管機構申請的初步禁令，禁止其繼續在當地提供相關合約服務，直至案件進一步審理。
該禁令最初於 3 月 20 日發布，涵蓋體育、娛樂及選舉相關預測市場。監管機構認為相關產品應受州賭博法規約束，而 Kalshi 則主張其屬於受聯邦監管的衍生品市場。當前相關監管權歸屬仍存在爭議。
