天水法院审理涉虚拟货币赃款洗白案件：被告人“跑腿取现”获刑二年四个月

ChainCatcher 消息，甘肃天水秦州区人民法院近日审理一起涉虚拟货币的帮人取现金包裹刑事案件，被告人通过“高薪跑腿”兼职在明知系诈骗所得情况下 7 天内在监控盲区多次取现共计 39 万余元，并将资金兑换为虚拟货币转移给上线从中获利 2.15 万元。
法院认定其构成掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪，依法判处有期徒刑二年四个月，并处罚金 1 万元，责令退缴违法所得。法官提示，线下取现已成为电信诈骗赃款“洗白”关键环节，“跑腿取现”“高薪日结”等多为诈骗链条一环，公众应警惕代收现金、转账及协助转移资金等行为，避免沦为犯罪帮凶。
