ChainCatcher 消息，國家互聯網信息辦公室發布關於《數字虛擬人信息服務管理辦法（徵求意見稿）》公開徵求意見的通知，擬加強數字虛擬人信息服務管理。
其中指出自數字虛擬人服務開始，數字虛擬人服務提供者、服務使用者及提供網絡信息內容傳播服務的服務提供者應當在數字虛擬人展示區域全程持續顯示含有"數字人"字樣的顯著提示標識，並符合國家人工智能生成合成內容標識有關規定。
