韓國金融機構透過外國用戶試點穩定幣支付，提前佈局相關基礎設施

ChainCatcher 消息，受《數字資產基本法》立法進程延遲影響，韓國多家金融機構正透過面向外國用戶提供穩定幣支付服務，以繞開監管限制並提前佈局基礎設施與合作網絡。
具體來看，韓亞金融集團聯合 Circle 與 Crypto.com 已啟動 USDC 支付試點，Danal 計劃與 Circle 及幣安支付推出類似服務，Crypto.com 與 KG Inicis 上線支付網關，BC Card 與 Coinbase 測試 USDC 支付技術，KB 國民卡則申請穩定幣與銀行卡融合支付專利。分析稱，此類面向外國用戶的服務相當於"監管沙盒"，有助於企業在正式政策落地前驗證業務模式。
